The hotel had stunning views of the
Roman Aqueduct from our balcony, creating a mesmerizing backdrop during our stay. The staff was helpful, especially during our visit on the eve of Reyes Magos, allowing us to enjoy the parade from our upgraded room. However, the breakfast could be improved to offer more variety.

Location right at the base of the Roman aqueduct makes it incredibly convenient for exploring the medieval city. The rooftop view provides a close-up of storks on the church tower, which is a unique sight.
Toilets being separate from the bathroom is a nuisance for privacy. The chaos during check-out was frustrating due to just one reception staff member handling a large group. there should have been better arrangement for peak times. The soundproofing in the hotel is inadequate, as you can easily hear noise from nearby rooms and common areas.

Excellent location near the aqueduct, clean and spacious rooms, efficient check-in/check-out
The elevators are old and painfully slow!!! The bathroom fixtures could really use an update as they feel completely outdated. The parking situation could use clearer communication at check-in instead of creating unnecessary confusion during arrival!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! Spacious room, effective air conditioning, and a solid breakfast. We enjoyed exploring the stunning aqueduct and the beautiful local parks nearby. The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get around and see the sights. Dinner was affordable and tasty, with great choices. Definitely recommend checking out the views from the terrace!
One downside was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy, making it hard to sleep at times. Just a heads up if you're sensitive to sound.

The central location made it easy to explore the famous aqueduct and nearby sights. The staff was generally accommodating and provided helpful tips for our visit. The breakfast offered a satisfactory range, though it could be replenished better during busy times. However, the reception service received was quite poor, affecting first impressions, and the noise from neighboring rooms disrupted the night's rest.
